Harrison changes fence approval process

To expedite and assure consistency to decisions, the Harrison Village Board at a recent meeting

removed the village board from authorizing the placement of a fence in a storm sewer or drainage easement with underground infrastructure and gave the authority to the zoning administrator, with input from the public works department.
