Buchanan storm water utility turns down Harrison request

Buchanan Storm Water Utility at a recent meeting authorized the utility manager to send a “neighborly” letter to the Village of Harrison declining a request to install a 75-foot, 30-inch culvert under Highway KK near the Clover Ridge Pond.
