Kimberly board amends public nuisance ordinance

An amendment to the ordinance relating to public nuisance, which requires the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same residential or non-residential property to maintain it in a way as not to create a public nuisance, was passed by the Kimberly Village Board at a recent meeting.
