Bishop David L. Ricken reinstates dispensation from obligation to attend Sunday Mass

Bishop David L. Ricken of the Diocese of Green Bay is reinstating the dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass due to concerns about the continued escalation in the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This dispensation takes effect immediately and will remain in effect until further notice.
