Kimberly residents stop conditional use permit for selling firearms

Ten women and three men who objected to the issuance of a conditional permit to Philip Pease operating an online firearms sales business out of his home on South Patrick Street convinced six members of the Kimberly Village Board to vote against the plan commission’s recommendation in favor of the project.
