Kaukauna Utilities could take over Kimberly Hydro plant from WPPI

When Kaukauna Utilities purchased the Kimberly hydroelectric power generation plant from the new owners of the former Kimberly paper mill in 2010, it contracted with their wholesale power provider, WPPI Energy, to purchase the power produced.
