Kaukauna part of what is called RAD Conversion for Golden Venture housing complex


Brian Roebke photo/Two buildings across the street from Golden Venture Apartments are becoming part of the Kaukauna Housing Authority’s portfolio.
The term “RAD Conversion” might bring up many visions for those not familiar with the terminology. Depending on the perspectives of car aficionados, theologians, teenagers or musicians, or perhaps some blend of many of those perspectives, many meanings could be described.
