Sherwood plans for downtown bumpouts may not mesh with DOT construction schedule

Best laid plans of people often are changed by unexpected circumstances. For Village of Sherwood officials, recent plans may fall short in terms of combining the village’s desire for bumpouts in key locations along Highway 55 and Highway 114 during the upcoming DOT highway-resurfacing schedule.
