De Bruin earns top honors at UW-La Crosse

Troy De Bruin, a 2017 graduate of Little Chute High School, received The Jake and Janet Hoeschler Award for Excellence, which recognizes an outstanding graduate in the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s College of Business Administration.
