"Butch"

Melvin J. Van Asten Jr. - “Butch” Wabeno -  Age 77, passed away on Feb. 27, 2023, at his beloved cottage on Roberts Lake. Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 411 Vandenbroek St., Little Chute, with Fr. Ron Belitz officiating. Visitation is from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the Mass. For online condolences, please visit www.verkuilenfh.com. Butch’s family would like to extend a very special thank you to all of their Roberts Lake family. Without your help, Butch would not have been able to live at the cottage until the end as he always wanted to do. We will be forever grateful.
