Carl Kaminski

Kaukauna

Carl Kaminski - Kaukauna Age 92, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025, at Frontida Assisted Living. He was born in Manitowoc on Oct. 27, 1932, to the late Aloyains “Alois” and Frances (Korlesky) Kaminski. He married Janet Neilitz on June 20, 1953, in Manitowoc. Carl proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Washington D.C. from 1952-56. He worked at RePap (Midtec, Kimberly Clark) for more than 40 years. Together, Carl and Jan loved to travel throughout the United States and Europe. He and Jan shared a love for music and enjoyed attending theater performances. Carl was a fantastic dancer, always livening up the dance floor with his giant smile and twinkling blue eyes. He loved spending time with his family and friends. We all enjoyed his quick wit and sense of humor. Carl is survived by his children: Gary (Sondra) Kaminski, Hillsboro, Ore.; Linda (Scott) Felten, Kaukauna; Kathy (Scott) Murtaugh, Tucson, Ariz.; and Tracy (Jeremiah) Fellows, Centennial, Colo.; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He is further survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, seven step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his wife: Jan; son: Brian Kaminski; father and mother-in-law: Roland “Rollie” and Ione (Kautzer) Neliltz; siblings: Florence (George) Sitkiewitz, Dave (Fran) Kaminski, and Norb (Vern) Kaminski; and two of Jan’s siblings and their spouses.
