Sometimes it’s good to step out of your comfort zone and Little Chute High School is doing that Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 p.m. when it brings, “Chicago High School Edition” to the Mane Stage.

Sister Act is a feel-good musical comedy smash based on the hit 1992 film that has had audiences jumping to their feet for a couple decades now, and the theatre department at Kaukauna High School hopes to see that this weekend.

The Little Chute School Board approved a $5,301,893 tax levy for the district with a mill rate of 6.6779, which is 0.217 less than last year.

The Kimberly school board was presented with the final numbers with the district budget last week. The full tax levy ended up being $108,645 less than what was presented at the budget meeting earlier this month.
