Rather than going through a series of piecemeal work or repairs that put the historical nature of Kaukauna’s Grignon Mansion in question, the city chose to take a formal step back and pay for a thorough architectural assessment in the months ahead.

The Harrison Village Board at a recent meeting created an ad hoc administrative committee “to review and make recommendation on issues before the village board.”

Sonrise Constuction, Inc., was selected to replace the Memorial Park pedestrian bridge at a recent meeting of the Combined Locks Village Board.

The bridge will be a pre-manufactured single-span bridge with concrete abutments at either end.    Sonrise was the lowest of six bidders at $45,025.
