Little Chute School Board receives donations

The Little Chute School Board welcomed donation from the Mustang and Gridiron booster clubs at a recent meeting.
The Mustang Club donated $60 torward the purchase of T-shirts and food for cross country state qualifiers.

The Buchanan Town Board approved a budget of $8,690,848 with a tax levy of $2,801,820 for next year.
The mill rate is $2.75 per $1,000.

After 15 years leading the 1000 Islands Environmental Center, director and naturalist Deb Nowak recently turned in her resignation letter to the city. Nowak’s last day will be on Dec. 26. She is moving to another part of the state with her family.
