Buchanan approves storm water runoff project

The Buchanan Storm Water Utility at a recent meeting approved a 2022 project to control storm runoff on Emons Road and Main Street. 
A storm sewer will be constructed on the west side of Main Street leading to the intersection with Emons Road where it will be diverted into storm water system.
