Title search points to 1977 agreement for city to purchase Camp Winnecomac

According to documentation found during a 60-year title search, the City of Kaukauna retains the first right to purchase the Girl Scout camp property, officially known as Camp Winnecomac, adjacent to the 1000 Islands Nature Conservancy zone.

Kaukauna eyes results of leaves still dropping and unpredictable concrete availability

Village of Combined Locks trustees approve 2023 budget

The Combined Locks Village Board last week approved a balanced budget of $5,378,428 of which $1,825,970 will be levied. The levy is a 1.15 percent increase over last year.

Kimberly/Little Chute boards approve metro police budget

During a joint meeting last week, the Kimberly and Little Chute       village boards approved a $4,014,920 Fox Valley Metro Police Department budget for 2023. Revenue of $177,700 brings the levy portion of the budget to $3,837,220.
