A juvenile female has been determined to have started the fire at the Dollar Tree Store located at 321 E. Ann St. in the City of Kaukauna on July 25.

Gov. Tony Evers has declared a Public Health Emergency and issued an Emergency Order requiring individuals to wear face coverings when indoors and not in a private residence, with some exceptions as clarified and defined in the order. The order became effective Aug. 1 and expires on Sept. 28 or by a subsequent superseding order.

Following an online Internet Crimes Against Children investigation, the Fox Valley Metro Police Department arrested Brian Gagnon, a 36-year-old Village of Kimberly resident last week.
