Whether in the classroom or virtually, Little Chute School District students will participate in real time learning from the classroom this fall.

The Little Chute School Board passed at a recent meeting an intergovernmental agreement establishing a joint insurance task force for Fox Valley area county and local governments to establish a Fox Area Schools Health Insurance Cooperative.

Principal Jackie DePeau announced last week to students and families that Kimberly High School has cancelled the planned July 22 in-person graduation ceremony.

The school held a virtual ceremony on June 3 and tentatively scheduled an in-person ceremony for July 22 if the area was in Phase 3 of the Badger Bounce Back Plan by July 10.

A ​Kaukauna Area School District Reopening Parent Survey​ sent on Wednesday, June 24, resulted in 67 percent preferring their children go to school for in-person learning when school begins on Sept. 1.

At a time of unknowns relating to extended contracts, the Little Chute School Board gave approval for Building Service Group to continue cleaning the district's facilities for another year at a cost of $450,000. 

A student advocate and literacy coach position were both approved for full time at the elementary school at last week's Little Chute School Board meeting.
