Little Chute board endorses plan to decrease class sizes for kindergarten, fourth grade

Responding to growing enrollment numbers in kindergarten and fourth grade, the Little Chute School Board at a recent meeting endorsed a request by Superintendent David Botz and Elementary Principal Mark Vandenhouten to hire an additional 1.5 full time equivalent employees if current numbers remain constant or increase for the 2020-21 school year

Kimberly High School cancels July 22 in-person graduation

Principal Jackie DePeau announced last week to students and families that Kimberly High School has cancelled the planned July 22 in-person graduation ceremony.

The school held a virtual ceremony on June 3 and tentatively scheduled an in-person ceremony for July 22 if the area was in Phase 3 of the Badger Bounce Back Plan by July 10.

Little Chute School Board extends contract with Building Service Group

At a time of unknowns relating to extended contracts, the Little Chute School Board gave approval for Building Service Group to continue cleaning the district's facilities for another year at a cost of $450,000.
