The Kaukauna girls’ volleyball team finished last week 2-1, losing its first match of the year in a road loss to Waterloo sandwiched between two wins, away at Plymouth and home against Oshkosh Lourdes.

Ghosts shoot 377, good for third at FVA Conference Meet, advance to sectionals

Ava Bloch shot an 88 Tuesday at the Fox Valley Association Conference Meet at Winagamie Golf Course, leading the Kaukauna girls’ golf team to an overall score of 377 and a third-place finish.

It was the team’s lowest 18-hole score of the year.

Little Chute boys, girls both finish second at Clintonville meet

The Little Chute boys’ and girls’ cross country teams each came away with second-place finishes at a North Eastern Conference meet Friday afternoon.

Riley Huss earned a first-place finish for the boys, ending up with a time of 16 minutes, 20 seconds as the Mustangs finished with 38 points as a team, 10 behind first-place Freedom.

Kiley, Lueneburg lead Kimberly girls in loss to Hortonville

The Kimberly girls’ golf team was led by Maddie Kiley and Peyton Lueneburg, who each finished the afternoon with a 43 on Wednesday, but the Makers fell 15 strokes shy of a win, falling 181-196 to Hortonville at Countryside.
