The concrete road surface on Highway N in Little Chute has been “rubblized,” before asphalt is applied.
Highway N in Little Chute closed on Aug. 9 between Highway 96 and Highway OO for a pavement improvement project that uses a relatively new process, rubblization.
Rubblization is just what it sounds — creating rubble out of the road surface.
