Common Council approves swimming pool master plan but questions remain

With a bevy of questions in mind, the Kaukauna Common Council peppered Parks and Recreation Director Jeff Malloy and Parkitecture principal owner Blake Theisen during their lengthy portion of a nearly 100-minute Sept. 7 council session.
