Sherwood Village Board denies three-part parcel split following legal opinion

The third time was the charm for a decision regarding an unusual three-way parcel split request for a former portion of the Sherwood Forest Golf Course. The vote came during the nearly 3.5-hour Aug. 28 Sherwood Village Board meeting.
