Council approves pool borrowing but waits on second borrowing

Following the recommendation of HSE consultant Jeff Belongia at the Oct. 3 Kaukauna Common Council meeting, elected officials approved one borrowing direction for the city swimming pool reconstruction but put a second general obligation borrowing effort on hold until early in 2024.
