1000 Islands Naturalist and Director Deb Nowak announces her resignation

After 15 years leading the 1000 Islands Environmental Center, director and naturalist Deb Nowak recently turned in her resignation letter to the city. Nowak’s last day will be on Dec. 26. She is moving to another part of the state with her family.
