Board of Public Works learns about plans to recycle a city refuse truck

The Nov. 6 edition of the Kaukauna Board of Public Works produced what might be considered one of the ultimate acts of recycling. That is, turning a worn down refuse truck into a vehicle with many years of productivity ahead.
