Combined Locks trustees approve special charge for solid waste collection

The Combined Locks Village passed a 2025 balanced budget of $5,951,495 last week, of which $1,791,541 will be covered by the tax levy. The mill rate is 3.82 per thousand, down by 1.5222 from last year.
