Kimberly grad Levi Borchert gained more postseason honors last week. The senior was named a second team All-American by D3hoops.com and was also named to the D3Hoops All-Region 9 First Team last week.
Riley Huss began his track season on a high note at the small schools invite at the Kolf Sports Center in Oshkosh last week. Huss took home two top three finishes including a first place finish in the 1600 meter run.
The Little Chute School Board approved the recommendation from the extracurricular committee to add a middle school track and field coach position and stipend to the 2023-24 school year.
The Kimberly track and field team is looking to continue program success this spring. After the boys finished as a state runner up last year, the team is looking to build off that finish.
The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts track and field team brings back a solid distance team back from last season. The Ghosts bring back five state qualifiers from last year’s team as they improve on a strong showing last year.
We had a season full of ups and downs this season in the Heart of the Valley in girls basketball. It began with state title hopes from Kaukauna and ended with a tight sectional semifinal between conference rivals.
