Combined Locks votes to spend federal grant money on water mains

The Combined Locks Village Board last week voted to apply the estimated $350,000 funds from the American Rescue Plan Act and State Aid Program for Local Governments toward the repair and installation of water mains on Buchanan Road and Janssen Court.
