Kaukauna Police Lt. Tom Bartalozzi had just a few brief words following his recognition for 25 years of work for the community.
“It’s gone really fast,” he said prior to a round of applause from appreciative friends, colleagues and city officials at the June 15 Kaukauna Common Council meeting.
