It wasn’t exactly the drama of “the Cats are coming” from the 1940 movie classic “Grapes of Wrath,” but DOT officials did their best at a special public meeting Wednesday, Oct. 13, to offer information about the 2022 highway paving project through Sherwood and a portion of Harrison.
