Division Street may not be closed off by rail crossing after all

The Christmas season often is about some surprises. One that came the city’s way recently focused on the Division Street rail crossing on the city’s north side.
The city received a small gift in the form of good news that was shared at the Dec. 20 Board of Public Works meeting.
