Because COVID-19 numbers have gone down to very low levels, Kaukauna School Superintendent Mark Duerwaechter will no longer present the return to school update at board of educaiton meetings. Last week, the district had with just two students and one staff case of COVID-19 out of 4,492 students and staff.
Elementary students in Kaukauna will have their last day of school on May 27 as opposed to June 2 after a request was approved last week by the Kaukauna Area School District Board of Education.
