Combined Locks approves agreement with Buchanan for road grant

The Combined Locks Village Board last week approved participation with Buchanan in an application for a STP Urban Grant that could fund 80 percent of the estimated $2.57 million reconstruction of DeBruin and Block roads within the next few years.
