City agrees with DOT offer to install sidewalk along Rosehill Road section

As part of the state and municipal agreement regarding the repair of the Rosehill Road overpass the city received something of a surprise benefit from the state DOT. It was discussed during the Dec. 18 edition of the Kaukauna Board of Public Works.
