When does No mean NO?

Dear Editor:
Here we go again. Less than two years ago in August of 2022 Sherwood residents voted NO to snowmobiles, ATV’s and Golf Carts. This proposed ordinance has again been presented to the villagers for vote to allow just golf carts on our streets. It is the EXACT same one presented in 2022, verbatim.
