Gall celebrates 29 years at Kimberly with last concert


Daniel Schoettler photos — Kimberly High School band director Craig Gall conducted his last concert at the high school last week. His final pieces were his favorites ranging from Henry Fillmore’s “His Honor,” to a polka called “In Schoner Erinnerung.” Connor Lindenberg was named this year’s recipient of the John Philip Sousa award. Gall holds up his book with memories from his former students during his career.

Kimberly High School band director Craig Gall ended his final concert with some of his favorites last week. The retiring band director’s final pieces with his wind ensemble ranged from Henry Fillmore’s “His Honor,” to a polka at his final concert at the school.
