Kaukauna City Council denies special request for third Plank Road area adult family home

During their Oct. 6 session, the majority of Kaukauna Common Council members voted 7-1 to deny a special request for a third adult family home in a northside city neighborhood. Alderman Brian Schell was the lone dissenter in the roll call vote to deny the special request.
