The Little Chute School Board approved donations from various groups and to the recently initiated robotics club, which conducted a successful fundraising effort that allowed them to purchase their robot and enter competition this season.

The Little Chute School Board held a first reading on a proposal to shift record keeping of policies from the Wisconsin Association of School Boards to Neola at last week’s meeting.

Due to declining enrollment in the Kimberly Area School District, the district may need an operational referendum in the next two to three years to sustain the programming and quality education that the district is known for.

The Little Chute Area School District has two openings on its board of education, with only one candidate on the ballot on April 2. 

The seat is for three years beginning on Monday, April 22, 2024.

The Kimberly School Board approved another international trip for students in the district at last week’s meeting. The board approved a trip to Ecuador for high school students in June of 2025.

Kit Dailey, client executive and engagement specialist from Eppstein Uhen Architects, led the presentation of the facilities study the national architectural and engineering design firm did this fall at a special meeting of the Kaukauna Area School District Board of Education on Dec. 4.

Little Chute Intermediate/Middle School held “Make a Difference Day” on Thursday afternoon. This included six different rotations from writing positive messages on windows, making cards for emergency responders, and school cleanup projects.
