Revised Kaukauna school bus policy recalls late 1970s mini revolt over bussing

Covering the Kaukauna Board of Education in the late 1970s often meant rather quiet business-like meetings on Tuesday afternoons.
The sessions were held then inside a meeting room at what is now River View Middle School, then Kaukauna High School.
