Holland faces quandary at sewage treatment plant


Brian Roebke photo/Construction of a lift station in the road right-of-way has led to the question of what to do with the road. One of the possibilities is to have the town vacate the road and essentially turn it into a driveway for the sewage treatment plant in Hollandtown.
The town of Holland is struggling with what to do with an unnamed road that leads to the sewage treatment plant in the hamlet of Hollandtown after new construction has put a lift station in the road right-of-way.

Kimberly Village Board approves permits for Run for the Rocks Sept. 22

Harrison approves changes to yard waste site

Buchanan receives lawsuit from Wisconsin Property Taxpayers for transportation utility

The Wisconsin Property Taxpayers, Inc., of which farm, business and property owners from Buchanan are members, have sued the town for the enactment of a “transportation utility fee,” which they claim is illegal.
