Kimberly’s Evan Buss has conference title on his mind in his senior football season at Northern Illinois University. Last year, the Huskies finished 7-6 overall with a 5-3 conference record and won the Camellia Bowl last season against Arkansas State.

Two area Legion baseball teams got wins in the state tournament held at Sunset Park last week. Kimberly’s varsity Legion team earned wins over Holmen and Germantown, while Little Chute’s JV legion team earned wins over Holmen and Chippewa Falls.
