Downtown Kaukauna building transformed into Sticky Fingers Café & Catering

Brian Mischler Construction has transformed the old building into one with a bright, modern look unlike found anywhere else in the city for a new café and coffee shop, Sticky Fingers Café & Catering.
A long-time love of cooking and baking has led to Kim Mischler opening a café at 134 E. Second St. in Kaukauna that is unlike anything else in Kaukauna.

Buchanan approves expansion of sewer service area to cover ‘Wolfinger property’

The Buchanan Town Board last week approved adding the remaining acreage, known as the Wolfinger property between DeBruin Road and the Kaukauna city limits, to the Darboy Sanitary District.
With the installation of sewer and water service, the property will be developed for residential use.

Kaukauna’s proposed quiet zone process may close one residential crossing

The current quest to create quieter Kaukauna neighborhoods could come at the price of some convenience for north side city residents.

Nelson Crossing now open following gala ceremony

What at one time may have seemed like a goofy idea turned into a wonderful reality when the Nelson Family Heritage Crossing opened Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the foot of the bridge in Little Chute at a minimal cost to taxpayers.

Piggly Wiggly donation to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin tops $71,000
