Daniel Grey was the highlight of last week’s FVA triangular for the Kimberly Papermakers wrestling team. The junior earned a pin against Kaukauna as the Paper-makers went 2-1 in the duals held in Kaukauna.
Lauren Vosters and Hattie Grishaber continued to put up double digit scoring efforts for the Little Chute Mustangs girls basketball team as they extended their win streak to six games last week.

NEENAH — Tyler Schwalbach’s drive to the hoop with 5.6 seconds left in the game gave the Kaukauna boys basketball team a thrilling 57-55 win in a battle of the final two unbeaten Fox Valley Association teams on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at Neenah High School.
Lipscomb’s Grant Asman scored had a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds on 7-for-14 shooting against Stetson before scoring 14 points on 5-for-11 shooting against Florida Gulf Coast.
Kimberly junior Alex Krause made it count in the scoring column and on the boards during their home win over Oshkosh West last week. In the 75-49 win over the Wildcats, Krause led the way with a double-double of 23 points and 15 rebounds.
The Kimberly Papermakers boys wrestling program was almost perfect against Appleton West last week. The team went into the dual with goals of posting a shutout, but came one match short of that goal in Fox Valley Association competition and had seven pins in the win.
