The Kimberly tennis team earned a pair of 6-1 wins last week as the team played in a quad in Mantiowoc last Saturday. The Papermakers beat Slinger and Manitowoc Lincoln with the team sweeping the singles matches against the Indians.

Carly Poggemann took first in two events last week as the Kimberly track and field teams participated in a triangular at Appleton East. Poggemann had a time of 17.02 in the 100 meter hurdles, while also running a time of 50.58 in the 300 meter hurdles.

The Kaukauna golf team didn’t let the weather faze them as they earned a big conference win last week against Fond du Lac on Country Side Golf Course. The Ghosts edged out the conference contending Cardinals by eight strokes in a 180-187 win.

Karly Meredith started out her junior season for Kaukauna softball with continued dominance on the mound. The Virginia commit threw 45 strikeouts as the Ghosts have started the season with a 5-0 record.
