Augie Grishaber led the way for the Kimberly Legion baseball team last week. Grishaber had six hits as the team went 1-3 in a tournament in Fort Atkinson last weekend.

Aaron Schimke ran one of his last Kaukauna area races before heading out to college last week. Schimke defended his championship in the Firecracker 5K run by beating Colorado’s Luke Tichi by nine seconds in the event.

Tyler Fischer and Drew Joten led the way for Little Chute last week. Fischer had four hits offensively, while Joten had a nine strikeout performance.

Alex Anzelmo made his impact at the plate and on the mound last week. Anzelmo had two hits and struck out three in Kimberly’s win over Manitowoc.

Sean Severson stuck out last week for the Kaukauna Angels Legion baseball team. Severson had three hits including a grand slam against Hortonville.

Tyler Fischer and Charlie Vanden Burgt put up some numbers on the mound last week. The two combined for 18 strikeouts on the mound as Little Chute went 3-0 in varsity Legion play.

Taycen Hungerford made an impact on the mound and at plate last week for the Kaukauna Angels. Hungerford struck out five on the mound and had six hits in last week’s action.
