The proponents outnumbered the objectors at last week’s Kaukauna Plan Commission meeting, with the result being the commission directing staff to meet with developer of the proposed hotel and apartment complex to confirm adequacy of fire access and ensure proposed parking meets minimums required by zoning code.
The folks at the Little Chute Public Library celebrated their grand opening of the library last week, opening full-time for the first time this year after splitting from the Kimberly-Little Chute Public Library at the end of 2020.

A fog seal is an application of a specially formulated asphalt emulsion (thin liquid oil) to an existing asphalt pavement surface. A fog seal is designed to seal narrow cracks and restore lost flexibility to the pavement surface.
