‘Hot spot’ at KHS concerns Kaukauna school board but no change in mitigation strategy

A “hot spot” of COVID-19 cases at Kaukauna High School caused some concern among Kaukauna High School administrators and board members at last week’s Kaukauna board of education meeting, but no changes were made to the district’s return to school plan that included the option of students wearing face coverings.

Park Community Charter School student raises money for ‘safe place’ bench

Kaukauna schools receive trees from Milwaukee Bucks

American Transmission Co. donated 549 trees — equal to the number of three-pointers the Milwaukee Bucks made at home during the 2020-21 regular season — to schools across Wisconsin.

Little Chute stadium field fund at 32 percent of goal

The Little Chute School Board at last week’s meeting accepted donations for the multi-purpose field project totaling $274,619.77, bringing the fundraising total to date to 32 percent of the goal.
