Gavin Salzmann helped lead the way for the Kimberly boys cross country team as they took first at last week’s conference meet at Countryside. Salzmann took third with a time of 16:06 as the Papermakers had 58 points in the meet.

Scherrer and Ritchie finish strong at Brillion invite for Kaukauna

Kaukauna’s boys cross country team had four runners place in the top seven as they won the Brillion invite last week. Bennett Scherrer took second with a time of 17:06, while Brody Ritchie took third with a time of 17:14.4 as the boys won with 27 points.

Little Chute junior Ben Toeppler added a second straight win last week. After winning the Waupaca invite, Toeppler took first in the Baertschi invite with a time of 16:22.6 as Little Chute’s boys team took third with 100 points.

Kaukauna suffers one goal loss at home against Oshkosh North

The Kaukauna boys soccer team’s shots on goal had the name Cesar all over it last week. Cesar Guevera-Colchado and Cesar Mendez each had more than one shot on goal in Kaukauna’s 1-0 loss to Oshkosh North last week.
