Kimberly boys’ soccer begins conference play 1-0 with win over Fondy

The Kimberly boys’ soccer team had a few early-season tests against some of the top teams in the state in Division 1, but maybe that prepared the Papermakers for conference play as the team began its Fox Valley Association season with a 5-0 win over Fond du Lac.

Kimberly girls’ volleyball upsets No. 1 ranked Lightning on road

The Kimberly girls’ volleyball team fell behind 2-0 against the No. 1 team in the state in Division 1. Appleton North was unbeaten at 12-0 heading into Thursday’s match.
But the Papermakers responded with three straight wins. They stayed alive with a 25-21 third-set victory and then won the fourth 25-19.

The Kaukauna girls’ golf team routed Oshkosh North at home at Countryside Golf Course last Monday and then held on for a four-shot win on the road against Hortonville at Grand View Golf Course.

Kimberly girls’ tennis remains unbeaten through start of 2021

With four more wins last week, the Papermaker girls’ tennis team continued its undefeated streak to start the fall season.
Kimberly played twice on Wednesday, beating Fond du Lac and Appleton East. The Makers played two more times Thursday, taking down Notre Dame Academy and La Crosse Central.

The Kimberly girls’ volleyball team got its regular season off to a busy start, playing a total of 12 matches in its first week. 
The Papermakers played at Kaukauna in the early-season fall classic before heading off to an invitational at Homestead High School last weekend.
