Two Kaukauna football alums are suiting up for the Badgers this season and both will be on the field at one of football’s most storied fields this weekend as Wisconsin plays Notre Dame in the Shamrock Classic at Lambeau Field on Sunday.
Morgan Brantmeier and Abigayle Seager shined during the start of Kaukauna’s girls volleyball season. Two made their impact in multiple facets of their games during the Battle of the Northeast tournament at the Champions Center last week.
The Little Chute Mustangs girls volleyball program has high expectations heading into this season. In her first season at the helm, Coley Wickwire’s squad went 16-15 and players are already making some huge strides this season as they started last week with two tournaments.
Both Kimberly volleyball teams are off to good starts as the girls came up with seven wins last week, while the boys grabbed four wins during tournament action at both St. Norbert and at Homestead.
APPLETON – Little Chute’s Ben Toeppler and Kimberly’s Breanna Meyer posted top finishes at last week’s Appleton West Terror Invite on the Winagamie Golf Course.
Although Little Chute never trailed Fox Valley Lutheran last Friday night, a few key moments allowed the Mustangs to pull ahead of the Foxes and take control for a 40-15 non-conference win at Fitzpatrick Field.
